WoodKa products are disposable and food-grade so, they are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged product along with the Invoice within 48 hours of receiving your order. We would gladly provide you with exchange after your return has been authorized. Items that were damaged, faulty, or supplied incorrectly will be replaced promptly.

We strive to process all returns within 15 working days after the product is delivered. If you have any issues concerning your replacements, please contact Woodka at [email protected]. We welcome all of your queries.

Any dispute and/or differences arising out of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts where Offices are located in India only.

We take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national & international couriers. There may be delays during busy periods or due to the unavailability of courier partners.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment within 10 days to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for inputting, changing, or correcting shipping addresses

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we Packing & Forwarding your order provided you send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and requested change. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

Please note that we neither guarantee a delivery time nor a delivery service. Once the customer package departs our facility, we do not take responsibility for the delivery.
